- Practical human design applications for success. So many people have been reaching out about human design. And everyone's like, okay, so I have my chart. Now, what?
- So if you are just joining us, I want to welcome you into our beyond common business secrets, community. If you've been with us a while.

- congratulations that you're here every week, learning so much of the amazing content that we love to share with you. So, as I said, I'm your host, Tracy, Wat Serino, and I am an award winning business owner, podcast host. 5. - are going to dive deep into today is the question that so many of you have asked. It's been on so many people's mind is
- okay. Now, I have my human design shower. But what do I actually do with it? How is this? Actually something I can use to improve both my life and business, so stay tuned to explore practical ways, to apply your human design to everyday life and business.
- So in the 1st segment, I want to talk to you about understanding the basics of your human design. So before we get into the practical applications, let's just quickly recap what human design is.
- it's a system that combines astrology, the I Ching Kabbalah, the Vidic philosophy, to give you a unique blueprint of your personality, your strengths, and your purpose like, what are you really here to do while you're here on this beautiful earth? So your human design chart shows you your type, your strategy, authority, and profile among other elements.
- So this is not a belief system. It does not require that you believe in anything. It is
- not a philosophy.
- it is just a concrete map
- into the nature of your being period. That's it, that that's what it is.
- So when we dive into now decoding your human design chart right? You want to decode it because
- yay, another. I've taken every personality test under the sun. Yeah, I I understand that I my astrology. I'm a a Pisces and sun sign with the Leo rising, and a Taurus moon like I get it like what now? Why, right? So where are we? So when we dive into decoding your human design chart
- to effectively use your human, that you need to understand its component. So the key elements in your chart. So if you are sitting down watching this video or listening where you can pull out your chart, pull out your chart
- if you have not already done. So. You can go to the show notes and get the link to grab your chart.
- We can do that for you as well. So
- the key elements, your type. This indicates how you interact in the world. So your unique energy type is how you show up in the world how you interact with things in the world. It is unique to you.
- your strategy. This is your approach
- to making things happen. So your strategy is going to be a lot about how you make decisions and how you
- move into action.
- Your authority. This is going to guide your decision making process.
- Your profile
- are, that is the top where it has the the numbers. Your profile like I'm a 6, 2. The profile is the your profile highlights, your life theme and your role in society.
- So I'm a 6, 2, and according to a 6, 2, I am a person that is an authority. So
- people like to learn from me, but I also need lots of time to retreat, and lots of time alone. So it's both. It's like the. According to the 6 2 profile. I need other people to point out my unique genius
- and sort of almost like begged me to come out into the world and share it. And that's what happens, I actually have so many friends that
- are have been really asking me for the past year to share my unique take on human design, and how I apply it. So that is why I'm literally creating these series of podcasts because
- it has been
- asked of me. I I didn't know that I knew anything different than anyone else. But
- according to lots of my friends and clients, I have a very unique take on human design. So that is why I'm sharing it with you. So interesting. I didn't even realize that is what like when I'm reading this profile, I'm like that makes sense of why, we're even doing this right now. So
- you want to learn your type, your strategy, authority, and profile. That's it. Keep it simple. Don't get overwhelmed by all the access, the extras going on the chart. Keep it simple. When you're just starting to decode your human design, chart your type, your strategy, your authority, your profile. Okay? Then.
- as you start working with these, the practical applications into your daily life.
- Okay, let's talk about how you can use your human design in your daily life because it's like, Okay, great, great Tracy, I know my type. I have my strategy. Here's my, I know my authority and my profile lines.
- What do I do with these? Right? Like, you might be asking like, What do I do? These? That's what I felt when I was 1st diving into this. Okay, so if you're a manifestor, you're going to initiate and inform. Now, here's an area where a I think a lot of the human design books don't exactly get this exactly right. So
- as a manifester, you're here to initiate.
- that is your strategy. Your actual type
- as a manifistor
- is that you initiate the world that way, but it's also your like. That is what you do. You are here to initiate.
- Your strategy is not a natural strategy.
- Every human design book says, to inform this is actually just a way
- to help
- lighten the load. Right? So you're just not shocking people, but it is not natural for manifesters to inform. So you have to work at this, and you don't have to inform everybody. But one of the best ways that really started changing the game for me was when I started informing the universe like I would say out loud, Oh, I want a parking spot. Oh, I would love a hundred $1,000.
- Oh, I would love! I would love that new a new speaking contract. Oh, I would love to have a bestselling book. Oh, like I just casually say
- out loud all day, and I got over. If my family thinks I'm crazy, if where I'm working thinks I'm crazy, I had to get over caring. If people think I'm crazy because it works for me to inform the universe like, here's my plan. What are you gonna do to bring it to me right? So informing. You don't have to inform everybody about your every detail, but the more you inform, the more people, will know what's going on with you
- so that it clears the way for you to do what you're really here to do, which is initiate. That is your actual thing. You're here to do so
- when you start projects that align with your passion, and you let others know your plans, they will come, be a part of the party. Right. So
- start your projects, start lots of projects. It's okay. Even if you don't finish them. You don't have to finish anything unless you want to. Right? So start projects, but share
- these fun projects that align with your passion, your heart, your you know all the things that you want to do. They align. Just let other people know.
- Then we're gonna move on to so generators and manifesting generators, you respond to what excites you. So say, there's like a manifester that's like
- telling you, initiating you like, hey, this this and you don't like it. So then you don't. You just kind of like you don't even realize it's happening. Maybe you kind of ignore that and not intentionally, but like it just didn't align with you. So you want to respond to what excites you focus on activities that bring you joy and satisfaction like, if your boss dumps like 12 things up
- at you.
- pick the ones that excite you, and then maybe
- that's only 3 or 4. They'll take the other 6 and share them with someone else in your office that those 6 things excite them. So
- don't just think because someone's saying, Hey, these 10 things need to be done, that it all has to be you right, like, pick the ones that excite you, focus on activities that bring you joy and satisfaction. Now I know in in business there's a lot of parts of our business that
- we don't love, but I strongly encourage you whether you are in business for yourself, or you want to be someday, and you're in business for someone else. Now make a list of all the things you really love to do in your business, and all the things you don't, and really start delegating from the don't list. Yeah.
- And that will create even more of this positive vibe that you're operating at, that's going to get you more joy and satisfaction.
- Yes.
- So
- then, projectors, projectors
- to to practically apply this into your life. You want to wait for invitations. So
- if you see that there's a huge problem and that someone's business is like tanking
- you just want to like. Tell them right away.
- However, the energy says that you need to wait for invitations. So when someone says.
- I really need your input. I need your feedback on this. That's when you share, and because you are so wise, so beautiful. And you see all these things that other people do not see, you see, the easiest way for them to make their life so much, so much easier, so much better.
- But they didn't invite you to share that information.
- You they're gonna be mean to you. They're gonna treat you badly. And you're gonna be like, well, what did I do? I just thought so, to help you, to have to to help you, to conserve your energy, to help your heart, to not have you feel like everyone's shooting down your every thought and idea. Wait for the invitation. When you are invited. People love your opinion. They love to hear everything that
- you have to share with them like I love inviting my projector. Friends, poke holes in this. Look at this I love, I'm like, here's this, here's this new product we're launching. Tell me everything that you're thinking when you read it.
- I love this, but I engage that and ask for that invitation openly. So
- know that like that's so important as a projector, that
- you are received so beautifully when you are invited into the conversation to give your opinion when you are not, you are just creating so much stress and anxiety and and heartache that you don't deserve or need in your life.
- So wait for the invitation. Now, not for pract like you have to clean your house. No one's gonna invite you to scrub the dishes right? Like you have to do that stuff. I'm talking about the big stuff right? The bigger stuff that can essentially build relationships or
- knock them out. Right? So so come from that place. But do your laundry do the dishes, you know. Clean your house, you have to do those things
- and then reflectors. So reflectors, you wanna take your time to reflect. So make decisions based on your environment and the lunar cycle. So you need to be really aware of who you're spending time with. This is the same thing for manifesters and productions that have a lot of open centers
- like reflectors. You will pick up a lot of energy. So make your decisions based on the environment you're in and your lunar cycle. So you're not somebody like reflectors are not somebody that's gonna know, like, Hey, someone just dump this idea on you. You're not gonna know this. Is it right now? Now, if you're in the presence of someone with sacral energy, you might say, Oh, yeah, let's do that now.
- And that's okay, for, like little things but big decisions, you need to wait this out.
- Follow your lunar cycle. It seems like it's a long time, but it actually will help you go faster and get more done when you are in the strategic alignment.
- I only have a couple of friends that are reflectors, and there are these amazing unicorns. I have a few that have really figured out how to get a lot done and get an alignment. And I, my dad was actually a reflector. I didn't.
- you know. He died long before I knew this, but it explains so much about how he could live almost so many different lives in the sense of like when he was like around certain people. He was this way or that way. And it it just it really made me go. Wow! That is so cool. So
- definitely, think about how you can take your
- your design and apply it to your daily life. And that's definitely one of the ways. So then, if you want to start applying human design into business.
- this is how you can leverage human design in your business.
- So as a manifestor.
- lead new initiatives and communities. So you want to lead new initiatives and
- clearly and like within different communities, you want to communicate your vision clearly to your team. So anytime that something new is happening.
- I would always have this like, I would just change it like, Oh, it's done right figuring like we have a smaller team, it doesn't matter. But even if you have like 20 people on your team, they want to know what's going on. So communicate your vision clearly. I find that the more I clarify and communicate my vision to my team.
- even though I sometimes feel like it's a broken record, and I'm not doing anything, because I'm saying that
- I actually can get more done because the team gets behind it. Where, if I don't communicate my vision clearly.
- I am constantly having to go back and make sure everyone's okay. So there ends up being like this sort of I have to lead from a place of like calming everyone down, and whatever when
- we just really want to move forward, right? So really, looking at it from you are here to lead new initiatives, but you need to communicate your vision clearly over and over again to your team until you can employ someone else to communicate your vision to your team over and over again.
- Then, generators you want. So this is true for generators and manifesting generators. So
- engage in work that energizes you and respond to opportunities that resonate with you. So you don't have to go initiate things. You need to
- wait for it to come to you to respond. This is almost why, if you look at, like all the social media and everything that's going on.
- it is a generator, generator, type of world.
- you will find certain energy types thrive on that. Like you. You like to respond, respond I, as a manifestor, find it absolutely exhausting. So I have to train people a lot on how.
- how I will respond. That's what's in alignment for me. But as our business grows bigger and you know more, I have to put people on my team that can respond to all of that stuff because the majority of people on the planet are generators and manifesting generators, and they
- respond. And so you almost
- are we expecting that from everyone else?
- But then also I IA lot of the generators and manifesting generators that I talk to that are completely burnt out are because they are trying to initiate all the time, instead of taking a breath
- and
- understanding that they get to wait for it to come to them and then just respond. So it's so funny, like I'm always like, I need more generators and manifesting generators by me because I love to initiate, and then I will get stuck, having to respond and follow through, and stuff where, if I had more of the generators around me that
- responded to my initiation. It and they were like, yes, yes, that that's part of their vision, too. We would like create so many amazing things
- to help the world, and the greater good of all. So that's where it gets really exciting when you get really clear on who you are. This is how you show up in your business, and then you start attracting the other people that you need. So
- 1st and foremost for generators and manifesting generators engage in work that energizes you and respond to opportunities that resonate with you. Now, if you're already in a job that you're like, okay, I can't just go pick something I love find the things within the job that you have or the business that you have that energize you and do more of those and then respond to the opportunities that resonate with you within your job. So
- people are asking you to do a bunch of stuff that isn't resonating with you. That's not the thing that you put in extra on.
- Right. That's not it. So it's okay to let that one slide and then respond to the opportunities that resonate with you, you can start to even manifest in more of the job you have or the business you have into more of something that's great for you by tweaking it in this way. And that is a beautiful thing about that enveloping aura of generators and manifesting generators. I get really excited about it.
- and then
- for projectors focus on guiding and managing others and seek roles where your expertise is recognized. So this is where, like projectors waiting for the invitation. You want to be in a role where
- your expertise is recognized, that people are asking you for this like this is why
- I'm excited to always collaborate and be in business partnership with projectors because I love them guiding the project. And I I love the way that they they lead. It's so beautiful, and it really really aligns with my energy that I'm freed up
- to go be the spark of inspiration, and they sort of manage those details love it. It's such a beautiful, beautiful
- partnership. Beautiful collab. Love it, I mean, I do love. I do love collaborating with other manifestors, though, too. So I mean, there's lots of things right? You you find the thing that fits with each energy type, and the more that you know yourself, the more. It plays into your real life.
- then for reflectors, how you would apply human design to your business, use your unique perspective to assess projects and and provide valuable insights during your decision making. So you're like sampling everything you're like, okay. So all these people did all this stuff. I'm gonna sample everything. And then I'm gonna see what I want to use. And then I'll provide valuable insights and decision making.
- And it's almost like you also reflect things back to people. So this is a really beautiful thing that you can do like, especially if you are in a leadership role. You can reflect this back to your team after cause. You just sample everything that you're like the sampler. So if anybody has ever said to you like, we're doing so many things.
- Thank you. It's a great response. Thank you for noticing, because that that's exactly what I'm supposed to be doing.
- It's the same thing, in a way, for manifesters, too, like I'm supposed to start a lot of stuff.
- So it's it's really interesting things that I used to feel ashamed of or apologize for. I now am like, thank you. I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to do, and I hope that
- there's a lot of reflectors out there listening to this. And they get that same thing as well as projectors. You know. It's just. It's it's a beautiful thing when you
- can really step into your own energetic power and just be at peace with the alignment and love how it feels in your heart.
- So it's really exciting.

These are unique to you, and it's the blending of all of it, your type, your strategy, your authority, and your profile that makes you your unique self. And the more we get to dive into your unique self. You get to have even more fun with your human design chart and bringing it into your everyday life. So then you want to apply your design and daily decisions. So
- if you, here's an example like, if you normally would be like, Oh, yeah.
- like, someone calls and says, Do you want to speak to a hundred firefighters, and you just normally say yes to everything you'd be like.
- Okay.
- this would be what I would say in my heart. Do I feel like I want to talk to firefighters? Does it feel like it's in alignment?
- You know what? Yeah, I absolutely do, because anytime I can speak
- and help initiate people into action and help them look at
- the way they can win in their life and business in a new way
- I'm in. So that's I like kind of walk myself through that.
- Now, if somebody asked me to speak at, I know I can't think of something off the top of my head. But if somebody asked me to speak at something that I had absolutely no interest in, and I got that feeling on my heart that was like
- no
- in the past. Before knowing human design, I would have
- just kind of push myself through that, and said I had to say yes, anyway. Now I'd be like, you know what? There! It's like
- a divine. It's a divine download. It's the divine protecting me.
- It's a no.
- and I don't have to give a reason why it's just a no, and it's because I followed my
- strategy and authority. So when you start applying this to your decisions. And it's just like even extra stuff like asking me to do all this extra stuff, for you know, for a Pto or this board or that, like, I don't want to send a thousand emails. That's not the job for me. Now, if you need me to come in and initiate other people into action and inspire the room and get excited. I'm your person. I will do that for the Pto. Every day of the week.
- But to be the person that has to respond to a million emails. Not for me.
- I knew that before, but now I can say it with absolute authority that
- I get this part.
- so
- use it. Apply your design in your daily decisions and your business strategies.
- Then you want to reflect on your experience and adjust your approaches needed. When I started working with my human design, I got my chart read, and I got a notebook that was, I just started journaling everything that came up about this. Then, as I went deeper and got different certifications, then I
- end up having a binder, you know. So I had more and more stuff all the time that I needed to to just keep going deeper. But now I have this timeline trajectory of everything. I've learned how I've grown.
- how yeah, how I've grown, how I've adapted, and and how I've applied even more of my human design to my lessons of life and just things I was working on so
- so using your human design can lead to a more fulfilling life and a successful business. It's the and factor, right? Embrace your unique blueprint and let it guide you towards your true potential.
